Tinting your windshield

Thinking about tinting my own shield..?? Has anyone done this and what was the out come?

I think there are other threads on this and the outcome was it bubbled and did not look right try a search

The one time I did it for a customer who begged for me to do it it came out fine
A week in the sun caused bubbles it really looked bad
I would not try it

Unless you can tint for around $30 - then contact fastair http://www.fastaire.com/ I am NOT connected to this person, other than using his shields.... They are very good and the price can not be beat - in trying to decide what height I wanted - I got one of each and have enjoyed them ever since... run them for a few years, if they get scratched - it was only $30 to start with - buy a few, their cheap.... and save on shipping...
