Almost all of them can as long as they are wired remote ready. The converter plugs into the wired remote port behind the radio and then plugs into your harness.

I personally reccomend the Hawgwired install kit. I have that and an alpine xd100M. Controls work great and super easy to install.

I kniow the Kenwood can. Firecap on the forum has a kit as does Dragonfly cycle concepts. Not cheap though. I just reach down and control it like you normally would. Kinda sucks,

Hawg Wired HUA360 covers most of them. They listed supported models under Fitment Guide tab.

I just did this to my Road King, I had to control the radio by hand at the radio, that is hard to do while riding and not much better at idle. I went and bought switch housings with the audio button and switches from Zanotti's and went to Amazon and bought a PAC module for the Pioneer Stereo to wire in the remote, easy to wire and I have less than 200.00 in the whole set up including the chrome housings and quick connect for the Quadzilla fairing.
Any radio with a hard wire remote can be made to use with the PAC modules.
