New here with a question
Hello to all, just joined onto the forum, and so far I like it. Thought I would pose a question. I currently am the proud owner of a 07 VRSCDX. I love my bike but after riding a street glide this last summer I have fallen in love with it, and of course, now I want one. I am a big fan of the no chrome look and I have found my dream bike when HD made the street glide in black denim. When I get this I do plan on blackening everything I can. But, my question is for the rear lights. I like the look of the FLHXSE rear lights and I was wondering if anyone had installed a set of those yet? I saw a short video on youtube where a dealer had done just that to a bike as well as blackened everything and I fell in love. So that's it, has anyone installed FLHXSE rear lights on a regular street glide yet? Thanks for any info.

New to this forum and "you like it"? Before the week is out you'll love it! There are a bunch of GREAT people here as you'll see in time.
The tail lights you want? Easy, because they're basically all the same. Aside from the obvious wiring changes (minor, really) you're going to have to pop for a new rear fender in addition to that rear facia. And, you'll have to cough up some bucks, probably lots, for the vertical signals/brake lights. You'll have to buy everything piece-meal because that's the Harley way. All those little screws, yep those too! Want something a little different? Try ordering the HDI (Harley International) lamps instead of the domestic ones, they're amber.
So break out that charge card ...................

welcome dark glide. there is a whole lot of information in here. it's great to get good advice and read about experiences with products. i can't afford to experiment, so this is a great place to find out what works rather than getting something that is crappy, only having to buy twice to get something that works for you. i hope that made sense, anyway, ride safe.

I know right. An all black bike, c'mon. Oh, wait. That's what I have already with my VRSCDX. Thanks for all the great info and the warm welcome. I am looking forward to getting my street glide just as soon as I can.
