I have a set of the $99 HD raingear for the wife and I and have rode in some downpours ! They were purchased in 2002 and still keep us dry. If you want the foot covers I would go with the Jocko's.
My wife and I have the frog togg road toad rain suits.
They can usually be found at Dicks Sporting Goods.
They come with a stuff bag which makes them easy to pack.
They're a pretty good value for around $70.00.
Just watch where you might get them near an exhaust pipe , they will melt easily.
We use them for an "extra layer" if we get caught out at night , they breath , but they're pretty warm when in use.

Here are some great options which include heat panels on the inner legs which will prevent the down side of a lot of gear which is melting on the pipes.

I bought the HD overpass and tried it twice now..dry as a bone and easy to put on....$150 well spent....Had some first gear before....pretty good but i was looking for something a bit better...not tried frogg toggs but i have never heard much great stuff about it on a bike for full day rides...

+1 on the Overpass .. Don't usually recommend Harley Clothing but this is well worth the money .. and it rains lots in Florida...
You will be lucky if you get more than 1 season out of Frogg Toggs. I tried this line a few years ago and deposited them in a trash bin somewhere along my route to Nova Scotia in 2007. I am satisfied with the Harley line.
I just bought me and the wifie the "High Vis" rainsuits from HD. These work very well! I was surprised as most HD stuff can be junk.
I highly recomment these rain suits! They pack small, have heat shields on the legs and are highly visible in the rain. Toggs WILL MELT ON PIPES!!
