A dyno can be made to read whatever you want it to, high numbers are great for business.
I drove 3.5 hours to Tman Performance to have Brian do the tune because he was the most reputable gentlemen I could find to do it.
All weather station info and correction factor are there. So, now your just showing your ignorance.Besides implying that Brian, is anything but a man of his word.
I agree, big results are great for business. Maybe thats what keeps folks sending their parts up to Scott and Craig at Hillside Cycle?
FWIW, Tman had absolutely nothing to do with the build. Hillside did all the machine work. I did the strip down and reassembly.
Why don't y'all get together and have a run off. Then you can quit y'er belliakin. Who cares what the numbers are. If the bike runs good go out and put it on the strip and see who's mouth is all BS. It's just like we used to do it with our hotrods years back. If you have the cahunas to go for a title then go for it. I have been there and lost and won. So it's all in fun. Get a life and quit complaining because you don't think the numbers work. "GOOD GOD MAN"
You need to read my post again, I didn't accuse anyone of anything, I made the statement that a dynos can and have been made to read whatever the operator would like for them to read. Don't get your panties in a wad it really doesn't matter what the printout says as long as you're happy with it
Hes not my friend so I dont remember which cam he used, it was an andrews though. Was looking through the indy's "book of dyno sheets" while I was contemplating my build, and remember his. He had a stage 1 which netted like 70something horsepower and 80 ftlbs I think. Then with the andrews cams, took him up to high 80's. No headwork, no high compression pistons. Im only claiming what I saw with my own eyes, which was a corrected dyno sheet for his bike showing high 80's. And my own sheet for my road king almost hitting 110. Perhaps you should call up Reggie and see what he has to say about that. Just in case Im making this all up.
Reggie told me to expect 80+HP with my current stage 1 and his head work, along
with 37g cams and dyno. Maybe he was being ultra conservative when we spoke
and the actual numbers would be better.
