Engine Miss
Sort of a long story, but since I work on cars for a living I like to have all the details. I've got a 09 ultra with pcv with autotune, supertrapp 2 into 1 and high flow air cleaner. Everything was working fine. Then I had a 103 kit installed and it ran poorly. I had the engine taken back apart and found the front cam timing off so it was reinstalled properly. When I picked it up and rode home it ran great except occasionally when cruising at a steady speed I get a single miss. Not under load but cruising or maybe on slight accell after decellerating. Like when you use your cruise control and come off a slight hill and it just starts to accellerate it will skip once and only once. It happens so infrequent that I cannot make it happen. I tried adjusting my fuel trims thinking maybe it was to much of a jump from rich to lean but that made no difference. I then tried changing plugs several times but that made no difference. This last week I went on a 1800 mile ride around the 4 corners area and this miss is consistent happening about 4 or 5 times a day. Not really a big problem but one that I would like to get resolved. I 'm wondering if anyone out there has ever had a similar problem, and if so what fixed it. Also no codes and no CE light. Thanks for any input. Dave
