I guess it just hit me while I was riding to work today. I installed the fork air baffle and the "fangs" last night in order to cut down on my helmet buffeting. It helped alot....I was really suprised as I don't like the looks of the "fangs" . Anyways, the seat area was getting much warmer than normal. Really warm as a matter of fact. I started thinking "Ohhh, that must be why the leave that fork air baffle off from the factory. Sure cooks the he11 out of my thigh!" I guess this is more of a cool weather item if you have a 96", huh? I heard some complaining that they used to put it on from the factory and now they don't. It makes the 96" run cooler....duhhhh.
