New Stuff - Bluetooth and Helmet
I just got in my Harley Bluetooth and a 3/4 stock harley helmet.
Anyone have any suggestions, issues stuff to look out for?

Can't help, sorry - but I would be interested to hear your feedback on how the Bluetooth module works. Seems very expensive - maybe HD will bring it down to a more reasonable level at some stage

Had it up and running last night. I went outside talked to the wife on the bluetooth. Worked real well. Now the proof is in the riding. Comes with two different ear speaker sets. Will let you know more today - gotta ride.

I dont know. I read on here alot of people love em.
I didnt get on the freeway this morning, but the speakers work well so far. Not like listening to the stereo without them. I mean your not listening through some Bose Headsets if you know what I mean. But it all works.
My wife called while I was on the way to work and it answers automatic. Nice, she said she could hear me loud and clear.
I like the 3/4 helmet better than the other one I had
It doesnt make me look like Kazoo on the jetsons
And the visor is much more of a visor than just for looks.
Of course if you want to save a buck - you can buy from the company that makes it.
I had to pay an extra $35 to get it from the Canadian post office, Im up here working. It went through customs.

Which headset did you get? Do you have a part number? I can't seem to find it on the Harley web page.

I do have a question. Right now I have the Zumo hooked up to the Aux of the radio and listen to the Zumo commands over the speaker. What is going to happen when the phones rings? Am I going to have to cut off the speaker or will the Zumo kill the aux output in the zumo cradle? The reason I used the speakers is I have a Satellite radio also that is also tied into the Harley radio. I listen to the music there today and have a little device that switches the audio from the Satellite to the Zumo when the zump talks.
I am just trying to understand how it will work with this headset hooked up. I guess I'll know tonight when I hook it up.
