Another vote here for the Ultra. If you don't get one you'll probably always be wishing that you did. Good luck.

Default Well

Well my friend, with motorcycles emotion always over rules logic. at least for me. If I let logic dictate my life I wouldn't own a $20,000 harley when I could ride something for ALOT less money. Am I emotionally attached to my Street Glide? yes. If someone offered me a butt load of money for it would I sell? yes. what would I do? go out and get another Street Glide and use the extra money to make it more special than my previous one. But in your case you are trading a ride you love for one that is uncertain. Now if you said, "I just rode my buds Ultra or CVO SG and this is the ride for me" it would be different.
If you can take the Ulra out for a ride do it If not you are stepping into a world of uncertainty, second guessing, and my always favorite "buyer remorse"...(ques up the theme to the Twilight Zone)

Of the CVO Street Glides, I like the blue one the best. I've seen all three up close. I work at a shop.

I have never looked back on my decision to get the Ultra, it fills all requirements I have. But, you're going to have to make your own decision, we can't do it for you. it's all about how you feel about what you're riding. If you happy on it, why trade?

not sure if the tax implications in Egypt, but in the US this is just rarely true at this point. Typically the tax savings will cover the the difference. Also, the prices of private sales have gone down dramatically because of ebay and the poor economic climate in general.

I got $500 more for my bike in trade (04 deuce) than I did I could selling it privately and saved another $800 in sales tax... plus countless headaches dealing with a private buyer.
