I am supposed to pick up my bike today. It has been in the shop for shifter shaft leak on left side of transmission. My mechanic states that I can wait till 40,000 miles to check my cam bearings. I have 25,000 miles on my bike right now. What would it cost to go with the gear driven cams vs. stock? How much does it cost if I go back with stock?
