Today I installed the new SE muffler , SE air cleaner, and SE race tuner on my 2010 Street Glide. My first impression is that that bike got a kick in the pants as far as get up and go! The muffler has a nice rumble and looks much better on the bike than the stock muffler.
It cost me $880. for the entire install which included parts and labor. I am happy with the overall install.
Before I get flamed for not doing the install myself, I was uncomfortable with the race tuner and I felt that $132 for labor for the entire install was not out of line!

If you get the air cleaner and the muffler - do you have to get the race tuner? Or can you just get a download to suit the changes?? Sorry for the question, I'm new to the EFI harleys...
Sorry, but a newbie here as well.. Is the SE muffler a slip on or a full exhaust replacement? I've got a 2010 Street Glide and want to go with true duals. Not sure what kind of options are out there for it at the moment. I guess it's good that the weather is turning. I'll give me some time to research and save some $$$ up..
I was told the download was the only option right now , but power commander 5 will be out this month and zipper thundermax will be out before winter.. I'm ready for my bike bike to breath better but I want to wait and be sure I get it right the first time...
