USB cable path from inside fairing
I'll be installing my aftermarket stereo this weekend. The unit has the 2 USB and 1 AUX connections at the back of the unit. I'm looking for directions on the cleanest way of getting the connections to the cockpit area.
All suggestions, pictures will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

If the headunit controls support USB or IPOD(usb/docking cable) I'd route and conceal the USB stick or IPOD in a windshield bag or saddlebag. No need to access it directly. I'd forget about Aux.
I have a Kyruakyn clutch perch mount that holds my iPhone 3Gs nicely at the left side of my bars, which allows me to access maps etc. easily... I had to cut the USB cable to route it through the clutch cable hole, but it was very easy to solder / shrink wrap it back together for a very low key install.
umm, he did mention it's an aftermarket fairing, so it can have any kind of radio and probably no clutch/brake cable holes because it's probably removable. On a rear USB I just find an unnoticeable spot down low and drill two holes (& connect them to make a slot) just big enough to fit the end of a 3' or so USB "extension cord" like you'd use on a desktop 'puter. Run the cord through the opening and then use a simple rubber outside slot grommet to seal the hole-50¢ max at a hw. store. The cord can be run to a windshield or or tank pouch or even into a vest/jacket pocket to hold your memory stick or iPod or ?????
Are the aux input RCA jacks? Grab a RCA>3.5mm mini-jack "Y cable" for a few bucks and drill a hole for the mini jack to poke halfway through. Epoxy it from behind and you've got a nice input to use with a male/male patchcord.

As I mentioned the after market head unit a Pioneer P710BT has two USB inputs. The setup I believe I'll be going with is taking my older ipod and rigging it inside the fairing for direct hookup to one of the USB inputs. I'll be using a RAM mount to hold my iPhone which will pair up with the unit via Bluetooth. I only plan on using the Bluetooth handsfree connection to be alerted to who might be trying to contact me while on the scoot. I'll also be using the iPhone as my navigation unit using the Navigon application. What I need to investigate, with this navigation app, is if it transfer the voice navigation directions via Bluetooth and/or a USB connection to the head unit. If it uses USB only I'll take the path of getting the cable through the brake cable hole into the fairing.
Anything I'm missing?
Oh, and thanks for the responses.
