We have installed many, many of sets of Jackpot mufflers and see a consistent 4-5 HP gain on the dyno with just the mufflers, stock air cleaner and no tuning. With a Stage 1 air cleaner and EFI tuning it is 12-14 Hp/Tq. We have repeated these numbers hundreds of times and I would bet a free dyno tune on it.
Any numbers for the 2010 Limited with the 103? I know you've gotten lower temps by switching the headpipes for ones without the catalyst. But how about dyno numbers? Also, on your site it says that with your 2-1-2 headpipe, you re-use the stock crossover pipe. But then it says that you can use the new headpipe to convert the SG and RG to a 2-1-2 system. Does the headpipe kit for them include the crossover pipe I guess? Does the stock crossover pipe have any more restriction, or not?

Thanks.
We were easily able to increase performance over the stock headpipe. We have 96" dyno numbers for the headpipe which are very impressive and will release them with pictures of the headpipe in about 2 weeks. We have not yet tested the 2010 103" Limited however we do have a bike scheduled which we will test when our headpipes are finished about the end of the month. For all 2009-2010 FLH models with the exception the 2010 Street Glide and Road Glide this will be a direct replacement for the stock headpipe. For the 2010 SG and RG which have a factory 2/1 you will need the rear crossover pipe and heat shield extension as the 2/1 heat shield is shorter. We will have a parts list of the required parts for the SG/RG to do the 2/1/2 conversion when the pipe is available.
I have always loved the Rinehart sound but have never owned any of their exhaust systems. I would like to put dual Rinehart slip-ons on my 2010 Roadie but im not sure if the right stuff is out there to make this happen. Is the components available to accomplish this yet?

There is nothing currently available but you could do this once our headpipe is available. Also note that Rinehart exhausts are no longer in production. They have been trying unsucessfully to find someone to build them now that Bub has stepped out, but at this point it does not look good.
