Here are dyno tests for the Jackpot 2/1/2 Stainless headpipe for 2009-2010 Touring models. The testing was done on our 2009 bike with a Stage 1 air cleaner, PC-V and Jackpot Dyno Tuned mufflers. The first chart was is a direct before/after comparison between the Stock headpipe and the Jackpot headpipe. This comparison was done on the same day, same bike etc.. We first made the baseline runs, cooled the exhaust down and changed the headpipes, put the bike back up on the dyno and made another set of runs for comparison. The second chart with the single graph was done on a different day in slighly better air conditions. A huge amount of R&D went into these headpipes and these are the best dyno numbers we have every seen on a stock 96" motor with any exhaust. The low end Tq gains with this headpipe are outstanding. Besides the power gains there are also big reductions in radiant heat, especially over the 2010 catalyst equipped headpipes. I will be posting more info at www.jackpotmufflers.com/headpipes.htm with pictures as soon as they are available. We should start shipping headpipes in 2-3 weeks.
Jamie,I have my cams, the TTS I got from you is ready, the tools are polished,I just need my headpipe to start my project,I'm on the list and ready to go.

Do these have chrome heatshields? Any change in sound of exhaust? Wonder if the numbers would be similar with Rineharts
Our Jackpot 2/1/2 headpipe use the stock chrome heat shields and they do give the exhaust a bit throatier tone. I would expect very good dyno #s with the Rinehart slip ons as well.

Sounds good. Do you guys plan of testing any other slip-ons. Hint hint Rineharts. Also is there a new map that would be better with the headpipe? Im gonna order one because I definitly want my Rineharts throatier and my fat *** needs more torque.
How about Jackpots with your competion baffles. I saw your sound comparison chart and it looks like the Jackpots with the competition baffles are louder than the Rineharts. BUT if im gonna have less torque with them compared to my Rineharts. I would rather be quieter.
By the way, that map you gave me for the Rineharts kick ***. The bike never ran better.
are these runs vs stock headpipe with cat or without?
These runs compare the Jackpot 2/1/2 headpipe to the stock non catalyst headpipe on our 2009 bike. We also have a 2010 bike and have also done similar testing with catalyst headpipe and the results are very similar. With the Jackpot 2/1/2 headpipe you will see the same performance on the 2009 and 2010 bike. The stock catalyst headpipe on the 2010 (and California 09 as well) makes comparable or slighly less than the no cat headpipe under normal operating temps, however under heavier loads with increased exhaust gas temps performance from the catalyst equipped bike drops off signifigantly. On the dyno we have a 2500 CFM blower directly on the catalyst to prevent damage or it will glow orange by the second dyno run.
