Default Help me decide

I'm looking to buy my first touring bike, and the budget won't allow me to buy a new one, so I've narrowed my choice at the moment to two bikes. Here they are:

2006 Ultra Classic 5 speed cb, intercom, cd, cruise control, all the gadgets the ultra has. travel bags for the cases. Screamin EagleII exhaust, air cleaner kit, and chip. < 4,000 miles. 5 speed trans. $15,000
2007 Ultra Classic .< 5,000 miles. Lots of chrome add ons, has detachable tour pack, lowered 1 inch shocks in rear, has Ultra lower leg farings, cruise control, security ,new Vance and Hines slip on mufflers. Comes with all the stock parts that were taken off. I also have new Screaming Eagle cams and pushrods and air filter kit that will go with it. $16,500

Good deals or not? All advice would be greatly appreciated.

2007 you will like the 6 speed and the 96 engine upgrades and sell all the extras you don't need. Plenty of bikes out there for sale.
