go with the 07 but mileage should not be a factor , except on the price
over 50,000 on my 99 road king, and only problem i had was and alternator gone bad at 34000

Just to throw in my 2 cents, is the 05 a custom by chance, as they did not make that model in 07. In my mind, I would not trade my 05 custom for any new roadking, as I dont think the standard or classic compare in style.

Also, the 6 speed is nice, but if you do not drive much over 55 then dont see a big advantage to it over the 5 speed. The rest of the upgrades are a nice plus.

What is the asking price for the 05, more or less than the 07.
