Hey guys, i'm looking for a product that might not be out there in motorcycle land, I purchased a chrome Kuryakyn™, neck cover with extensions on the frame on my Roadking, it looks awsome, but there is something missing, about 3/4 on the way down on the front frame, there is a flat crossmember that is painted black. I want to find a chrome piece for that member, I've looked in all the magazines and havn't found anything, so now I am asking the experts!
It's a great idea, but one I've never found either. To my knowledge no one makes such an animal. I think whoever comes up with it, also needs to come up with a chrome cover to go over the screw and frame mount where the crash bar mounts under the neck.
DavidW I went to Home Depot and bought a piece of Diamond Plate and cut it to fit the shape of the cross member. I have not installed it yet. I drilled a hole to pick up the existing one and am still looking for another method of mounting.

Can't help on the part you're looking for, but heads up. Doesn't the extension cover the VIN number? I've heard a few guys were about forced to break this cover to show cops at bike rallys verifying VIN numbers. Might want to keep the tools to take it off with you just in case. I have not seen this happen.. only heard.
