A motor mount is list at $64.38 and if you pay someone to replace it, you should be ashamed of yourself. 
It is an easy DIY repair. The part # is 16207-79D and Zanottis has it for $51.75 shipped to your door.

The guys are right about the motor mounts. Could cause problem and easy to replace. Somewhere on this site there are pictures and a pdf with regaurd to pre 06 or 07 motor mounts. Harley realized there was a problem with the old style mounts and went to the new design. Same fit.
I am wondering if you checked the primary chain. They wear unevenly and need regular adjust. This will easily cause vibration at rpm.

Like soos said, very cheap and easy to do. I also did the vehicle alignment in my garage with a ball of string, go ahead and laugh it worked, I like many here on the forum do my own wrenching.
Unfortunatley for me the vehicle alignment was the last thing I did, after wheel bearings, motor mount, swing arm tq checks, tires, primary chain adj and more.
