Pro drag interesting question....ya think I would be able to tell that, but as I sit here I'll have to get back to you and pay more attention on the ride home and see if I can tell where the poping comes from. I'd immagine if it came from the TB I'd feel it and hear it by my right leg...I think it's coming from the pipes but I have to check.
The down side is paying them for 2 - 3 more DYNO hours to make the adjustments while thinking in the back of my mind "why am I paying these guys anything when it is them who tuned it wrong in the first place".....
In their defense...it ran good for 2000 miles after the initial tune so how could it be their fault.

Reason: spelling
More than likely the decel popping is due to a leaner air/fuel mixture. The density of the air increases when the temperature drops. Denser air means a leaner mixture with all else being equal. I am surprised at your situation since the oxygen sensors should compensate by telling the ECM to increase the fuel, unless the O2 sensors are not being used.
02's are connected.....I'll be on a 300 mile jaunt this weekend. Should be in the 60's here this weekend. If no pops happen in the 60's.....I'll attribute it to not liking 40 degree mornings. Thats all good too cause I'm not going to be riding this to work much longer in the 30 and 40 degree weather. Thanks for all the feedback.....
