Default pissed...who do i call?

order a set of painted saddle bag fillers from chicago hd and they came in. no problem with chicago hd but with moco. in their website under "new products" and then "new accessories" they show part number 91614-09bpy to be painted black pearl strips that fit a 09 fltr and 09-later flht, flhr, and 10 fltrx. they do not fit because insructions show the "arm" on the strips, which have 2 holes, mounting to a bracket that is on the saddlebag support bracket. there is no such bracket on my bike. the only bracket on mine is the one that the rear saddlebag pin that holds the bag on goes into. any ideas? any of you hd guys know what i'm talking about? any assistance definitely appreciated....

dang - I dunno - seems your bike should have parts 49194-09A and 90781-09A which appear to have the brackets you refer to.

The FLTR came with the same saddlebag supports as the Street Glide right? If so, yeah that extra mount thing/pad is not on them.

Harley needs to update their website...

So you have an FLTR right? If I read the H-D website correctly the part you bought doesn't fit your bike (sorry):

Fits 09-later FLHT, FLHTC, FLHTCU, FLHTK and FLHR models equipped with Nostalgic Saddlebag Rail P/N 91286-09.

I take it back:

91614-09BPY

IN-STORE PURCHASE ONLY Contact dealer for pricing and availability.

Fits '09 FLTR and '09-later FLHT, FLHR and FLHTK models.

Could Chicago H-D have sent you the wrong parts?
