LRS great customer service? I sent them an email last week that was never replied to. I called them and left a voice mail yesterday morning and havent received any call back. Based on my experience I'd giv-em an F for customer service. I havent received the product yet and at this point I just hope the product is better than their "customer service".

+1 Windvest 9.5". Needed it for a long weekend ride they overnighted to me got it just in time to hit the road. Good product good service.
