Default 1.75 or 2.0" headpipe

which would be better to use on a stock 08 streetglide, 1.75 inch or 2 inch true duel headpipe. Going to run the bub 7 stealth. There website shows both sizes.

I'm sure you'll get lots of advice from more knowledgable engine builders but from what I've read the larger diameter head pipes would work well for 110" & up motors and the 1.75" works fine up to 110". It is a matter of tuning the entire system of intake, exhaust & headwork that maximizes power.

The smaller head pipes will give you more torque and use the larger ones for more horsepower, however 1.75" will be more than enough for a stock 96cu. in. If you plan to upgrade to 103 or 110 (depending on which cam u use for the 103), in the near future you should go ahead and get the 2" now it wont hurt anything, just like ride1 said you just have to tune it right.

Stay with the 1.75 with a stock bike

And if you ever build a bigger motor I would go with a steped header
Like 1.75 then it goes 2.00 then 2 inch mufflers....True duals. if thats what you want
