The issue with Alan was discussed on another thread. With a good explanation. I had contact with Alan about an issue I had. No problems after that. Maybe starting a thread about another member on here isn't a good idea.
Well im glad you got it fixed but I bet there is alot of people that has got stuff that says other. When a person makes cursing remarks cause you want your prduct and he gets mad ne has a problem.May need to seek help.
Okay, I've been too damn quiet! This is my second set of **** *** speakers that have blown.
Alan took 6 or 7 months getting back to me the first time they blew. He apologized profusely. Understood about business partnership going bad , Okay they all don't work out.
He said he was sending me NEW SPEAKERS.. YA! NOT! HE sent me the same **** *** cheaply made ones that were in it originally. So the second set he sent out, the center cone broke off. Anyway, he gives a two year warranty..
He claims to put in HERTZ speakers on BOTH WEBSITES , Loudlids and bagger concepts.. I WOULD LOOK AT THE SPEAKERS!
If you go to HERTZ, you can't even get them in the United States. They are VERY EXPENSIVE!!
I haven't called him this second time. I sent my original speakers back to him and have not heard a chirp.
Alan, if your reading this! HEY SORRY BUDDY, BUT YOU BULLSHITTED ME BAD!
You proclaim to be HONEST and BUSINESS SAVVY, but that is a serious OXYMORON
If you would like to HONOR YOUR COMMITMENT TO BEING UPSTANDING< HONEST AND BUSINESS SAVVY, you would just send me 4 new HERTZ speakers no questions asked and I will come back on here and set you in a better light. BUT, until then, you are a player at business.. Sorry folks.
Seeing on how much this site is viewed, I had to add my comment!!!!!! I think this is a great forum and thanks for setting it up. I've learned a lot!
Sounds like there might be some merit to the negative view of some here regarding the quality of the product and more importantly, customer service. Poor customer service will always come back and bite you, especially with the current economy that we are in and the power of the Internet on spreading that word... look how Consumer Reports reported on a problem with a specific Lexus SUV that tended to lift up, wanting to roll over, under hard braking in a sharp turn. Lexus recalled the SUV the very next day, in part, due to the information spreading so quickly...
