Don't waste your money on the socket...It's a pain to use...It will give the unsettling feeling that it could slip off and damage your paint and tank any time...
Go down to northern tools and get one of the open/box end wrenches for $12 and you'll feel so much more confident that the nut will get broken and re-installed and no damage to any of the tins will occure...
I own both and when I do a friends bike or my own for what ever reason I always reach for the combo wrench...You can't go wrong for the price...
