I have yet to have the high speed wobble on my bike which I attribute to keeping good tires and air pressure checked weekly, but for piece of mind with my better half riding, I'm going with a Brace. I think you guys are right, they all work, just depend on which way you go and how much you want to spend.
I'm also a bit of a fanatic on tire pressure. Really, the only time the wobble is more severe is when I'm ridding fairly aggressive in a bumpy sweeper, more so while pressing more on the bars, less so when you're using your body weight more in the turn. I've found when going through that type of turn, if I'm hanging more off the seat and using the bars less, the bike is more stable (less torque going through the frame). The brace helps tighten things up considerably.
