There is no easy way of answering your question! I don't know of anyone who has done a survey of the various devices that claim to solve the problem, but there were at least a dozen brands when I studied the options, a few years ago. There may be even more now.

True-Track claim to have introduced the rear stabilizer and have been awarded a US Patent, which seems to prove it! All the other brands using the same concept are copies, simply jumping on the band-wagon. It's up to each of us to decide which brand we reward with our custom!

There is a lot of misunderstanding over what the source of the problem is, hence how best to solve it, which is why I wrote the thread I referred to earlier.

No, I've never felt the need for or even thought of a steering stabilizer for any of my FLH's.

+1 on reading the thread! Graham covers this issue very well....and there is some humor contained therein as well if you are paying attention! ( To Graham: still getting request for PMs as to which brace you are talking about?? lol)

My Ultra doesn't wobble, wiggle, shimmy or shake. I don't need a steering or rear stabilizer.

I had one bike that wobbled out of control when the down tube cracked in half. Luckily i was only going 25 mph and it put me down with a cracked collar bone and broken thumb.
It was a Euro-brand with little or no dealer support. Euro bikes are always better (in case you didn't know) until they break. And they sure do !!! It makes me laugh how people are so drawn to them until they get a repair bill for 4K from the Euro dealer. OMG, the parts come from Germany, Italy, France….this is pure quality…it is expensive....bla..bla…blah.

Buy an American brand with American Quality. Let's take America back !

Very well said. allow me to give you an idea of how much.

Price of a brand new Street Glide=$61,000(yes,you read that right)
Rear tyre=$600
Front tyre=$480
SEST=$765
aftermarket air filter say like PM=$800
routine service(oil change)=$300
I could go on and on.If I lived in the USA,I could probably afford to even change my whole exhaust system every other month. Then we have Ebay, wonderful site but the shipping cost to Malaysia would just put you off.Price of an item maybe $50 but the shipping could cost $65.There is only 1(one) authorized dealer for the whole country and they are having a ball of a time fleecing us Harley owners.Prices quoted above is in US dollar and the exchange rate is USD1 to RM3.30.And it's like you guys paying $3.30 for the stuffs that you usually pay $1.
There are no dealers from the USA who'd want to send OEM stuffs coz that's Harley's rule to their ADs..So buddy, you wanna come over?we've got great sunshine all year round

Ain't that the truth! Occasionally (just occasionally) I get an idea that perhaps it would have been cool to get one of those European bikes that you can get parts for so cheaply here.

That feeling usually lasts until I settle into my Sundowner seat and press the start button...

The prices quoted above are the best news Ive heard yet! The profits will stay with an American brand. Keep that cash coming back to the USA.
