When I first got the Limited with ABS, I also thought there was air in the line. I did bring it to the service department and they bled the brakes and made sure the software was up to date. Drove it away with the same feeling. Conclusion - nothing wrong with the brakes but probably need braided lines.

I think the brake feel on my bike sucks compared to the brake feel of a non-ABS bike. I hope that when I replace my lines with steel braided ones the feel will improve.
