Do you mean a cigarette lighter plug? My EGC has on in the fairing under the left handle bar. Look down there, it's hard to see if you don't know it's there.
If it don't have one there then I guess that would be a good place for one since I am assuming you have no tour pack. What model is the bike?
I just plug it in when I get to where I'm going (assuming NOT a public place where theft is a concern) and I'm done. Be wary of hot engine components though.
I posted about this before, but I had the fairing off and found two wires zip tied to the headlight harness. They come from the cigar lighter. I drilled a hole in the right side of my fairing and put the acc plug there, rather than the side cover below the seat. I have a plug for the air compressor or anything else. I'm also going to get the new one for the tour pack.
