I use the older model of shuffle. I just wrap the cable that goes to the AUX port around my right handle bar and clip the shuffle onto the wire. Used it that way since 06. Works great!
Do you use an inline volume like mentioned in earlier post or can you raise the volume to max and then unplug the headset and plug into the aux on the radio
i use the headphones...... hit play, turn it up, unplug headphones, plug it in to aux jack....... what sux is when you for get to hit play or forget to turn it up.... you got to dig out the headphones and start over......
i've forgotten a few times and took off....... just to have to stop and get the ipod started

but it works.....
I guess that's when I would wish I had the inline volume control. But even if you need the inline control it's very small size makes me want to get one and try it out.
use the Belkin product I just listed and you can rewind, pause, FF, control volume, etc. It allows you to use your own high end headphones instead of the Apple ones or use a patch cord to your stereo and still supply ipod controls

Yes this is true...... I have thought about getting it......but I am too lazy.... then I screw it up and swear when i get home I will order it....... and I don't LOL
will it work with the harmon kardon radio? i like the the new ipod shuffle, its very small and would be easy to handle.
Just bought an ipod shuffle 2gb, also bought a aux cable 1.8m, plugs right in aux port and comes in loud and clear. It works great this thing is so small easy to carry with you. I can also carry it with me in the truck radio.
