Had the same thing happen to my 08 RKC just recently. It is under warranty and my dealer replaced all of the seals and the gasket - oil leak stopped.

Well sounds like im going to just take it to the dealer. going to cost couple hundred bucks im guessing. thanks for the help

That's it! My was leaking at the same place and was fixed by dealer under warranty.

Yep, very common cause of the leak in that area. about $300, give or take.

Another good reason to run the pink stuff (Redline) in the tranny

Starter O-Ring or shifter shaft...You hope it's the starter.
