mild soap Mcguires soap and a soft bristled brush. you have to be careful with some of those spray-ons I don't think the rubber parts take to kindly to them.

Wd-40 on a cold motor leave on overnight and wash off with dish soap

I work next to a peanut processing plant and bike gets covered in peanut dust regularly so I wash it usually twice a week with just armor all car wash and a small brush around the engine and a towel for the rest, seems to work well bike still looks brand new.

I'll run out to the shop and make the necessary changes. Let's see, I'll have to wax my jack, and change my bell. Uhhhhhhhh......CHANGING the jack itself out ain't gonna happen. That's where I ride my bike the most.
