What brand windshield is this with T-Bags?

Anybody have any idea what brand windshield this is with the Blacked out section that hides the T-Bags?

Haven't seen any like that stock, you should be able to mask off any ws & spray bottom with gloss black, it looks pretty good that way.

I have a 12" Memphis Shades with a black gradient on the bottom 4-6" that hides the bag well...

I don't know about the windshield but how did the T-Bags get mounted around the Tweeter Pod? I can't get mine to fit without a modification of some sort and am wondering what was done in this case.
