I have a 09 with the PCV and the Rev extend enabled and the bike hits the rev limit at 5100 RPMs. Bike does it with and without the PCV installed. I am going to talk to my dealer to see if there is a problem with the stock ECU. It does not seem to be a problem with the PCV as the condition exists without the PCV hooked up. Not a big deal now but with any engine/cam work, being limited to 5K RPMs will limit the "tune ability".
