RE: Throttle cables

On the throttle cables there is a rubber boot on each cable. Slide this boot up and it will reveal a throttle cable adjustment. Loosen the cables until you don't have to use any force to get the brass ferrel out of the grip housing. After you have the new grip on, just re-adjust the throttle cables and slid the boots back over the adjustment link.
