SE compensator/IDS question

Thinking about those parts on my 07 EG,but wondering if putting a non-compensating crank sprocket on along w/the IDS would work as good?.

I would think the vibes would be pretty bad. Seems like someone has done this...PhilM? Dawg maybe?

I will have a new compensator on the bike this week...not a SE but a new one..Dealer finally conceded that my starter problem was attributed to my Compensator...

I would see if they would put in the SE unit if you paid the difference in price.

I hope all you guys are right about the SE Comp...mine was just installed a few weeks ago. I had been battling hot-start kickbacks. We shall see!
