I've got a '00 ElectraGlide FI that has a constant engine light. The codes that I read are 17 and 67 (skipping the number 4) Can't find any info on these. Bike seems to run fine, but I don't want to push my luck and end up stranded. Any help?

 

Brain fart. Didn't even think about my shop manual having the codes listed in there. The thread I read about the # 4 being skipped when counting the flashes, I'm not sure where the dude got that. My real codes 16 (battery voltage) and 56 (cam or crank sensor) are the issues I need to look into. I see a thread that mentioned the 16 code is synonymous with MM FI. Now, just have to look into the sensors.

 

The sensor issue can leave you stranded, I know, so don't let it go too far, not sure how you tell which it is.
