Crewdog... I am having the same "clicking" issues, but no fuel mileage or popping issues. Are you still experiencing the clicking sound? I put a note into Jamie cause that is who I have been dealing with, but no reply yet; he might be out of office.
As for the trolls... ignore 'em; there's no value in their posts.

No, I called Keith at Fuelmoto and he sent a different map and it worked great!
Just explain whats going on and he'll send a map to fix it! The click was actually a spark knock.... These guys are totally professional and I personally wouldn't think of dealing with anyone else.
BTW....Your right about the trolls, just another keyboard cowboy! Hope you get that click fixed!
I have not purchased anything from FuelMoto "yet", but I have called to ask a few questions as I plan out which power upgrades I am going to do on my new Limited. The guys at FM have been great. Very helpfull team. Their customer support can't be beat.
Called Fuel Moto today and talked to Keith... told him my issue about the clicking sound and I got "check to make sure the headers were on tight..." hmmmm... not really the answer I was looking for, but I looked into it and all is good. Still no reply from Jamie though, so I am thinking he is not in this week.
Lemme ask this... I have the Ventilator air intake on, it's the stage 1 that has the exposed air filter, but do you think this could allow sound to travel out... all those moving parts inside...
I looked up spark knocking, it also said that was pinging, and that is not what it is doing...
So in the end my question is still, what is this clicking sound? I've heard it before, but it's more prominent since I put the PCV and Ventilator on... Fuel milage is about 200-210 miles to the tank (normal-ish), motor doesn't seem to be acting weird or anything... starts easy... just a clicking sound...
bcane98. I too have a new SE Ventilator and PC-V from Fuelmoto. I did not hear a click but will listen for it.
Did you notice a performance difference with your Ventilator and PC-V addition? I did not. It 'might' be a bit cooler but getting the same 40mpg for my same style of riding.

Did not notice anything really. My reasoning for the purchase of the PCV was to put the Ventilator on cause HD Service would not flash my ECM; they said Harley doesn't support it anymore, so I had to buy the SERT. The PC was more cost effective for what I wanted. One of the local mech's said I should bring the bike in for Dyno to get the most out of it.
Jamie got back to me with a new map, but that didn't help. I'm probably gonna put the previous map back on until he gets back to me. I might be chasing nothing with the clicking sound, but I just have to ask... I read somewhere that it could be the sound from the rockers... you can call it a click or tick sound... but I have to ask...
Wish I could help ya more but the new map fixed mine perfectly. My "click" was definitely spark knock because it only happened when I cracked the throttle. I still have a lil top end noise but thats just a Harley and its not consistent if that makes any sense.
Ya I'm a knucklehead... I'm gonna call it the Harley tick (unless that is already copy written)... Jamie and the crew at Fuel Moto helped me chase something that is a normal sound... sorry guys, but thank you for sticking by me and helping me to understand LOL...
