Default How tight?

Just put HD three pouch on the Ultra. First fairing bike and I am not sure how tight to get the screws. It says snug, anymore might crack the fairing. If I go much more than hand tight the fairing seems to start deforming a little. So how tight is enough.

Thanks for the help.

20-30 in-lbs on the inner fairing screws. The windshield screws are torqued to 25-30 in-lbs. I Put a small amount of silcone on the threads to keep them from coming loose. Hope this helps, and DO NOT overtighten.

My thing is a little lose is better than to tight you can always retighten the bolts just check them once in a while.
