I just bought some Chillowee lace up leather grips to put over my OEM grips. They look good, make the grip comfortable and cost about 20 bucks. did the same for my levers, except added fringe, and they are really confortable. Don't have to go big to get comfort and looks.

I have the chrome Avon air grips (like the ones jbrukus showed in a thumbnail),
I love them, tacky but not sticky, VERY comfortable, AND.... well worth the $59.00 I paid for them.
