124" build: ignition switch problem
I'm trying to finish putting my bike together after building the engine with a Hillside 124".
I guess I screwed up the ignition switch settings taking the fairing cap off. Now the switch just goes all the way around and the fork lock doesn't engage. I removed the switch housing and have it in my hands. Can anyone help me with resetting the switch so it works properly?
Thanks in advance
A few pics to make reading my post worthwhile.
Engine after I put it together
Engine back in bike with exhaust and intake installed

Use the switch itself, you dont need a tool, drop it all the way in and turn it to fork lock until you get the lock to engage. Now turn it back one notch to off and center the forks. Lift the switch up until your only turning the ignition switch, rotate it until you get to ign (lights on fuel pump runs)now rotate it back one notch to off. You will now be able to drop it all the way in (with the spring) and lock it in!
