Default Anybody running a Linbar engine guard on a bagger?

I kinda like the looks of them. Anybody out there that has one have any pics of one mounted on a bagger?

How is the foot position with the foot rest pads? Is it comfortable or usable?

Thanks

I have them on my 05 road king, also have highway pegs on them. The top of the bars are tucked in too close to be comfortable when using them as a foot rest. I love the look but they have no other purpose.

I had one for a while, the footrests are too far in to be comfortable and the shape of the lower return to the frame is different from the stocker so it will drag much sooner if you do any sort of really tight u-turns.

I have the Kury ergo bar, I think it's called, and in addition to the foot pad regular position you can flip them up and out for a wider position. I like 'em.

I have one. Looks great but the footrest area is useless. my heal pushes the brake pedal if I put my foot on there like normal. I have been thinking of going to the stock bar for some time now (I'd like to run some ultra lowers in cold weather).

I used them on my 1996 RK for years and put a set on my 08 the first week I had the bike. I really like the look. I rarely use the footrest unless on a long trip just for a change in position.

How is the foot position with the foot rest pads?
From what I've seen on the highway, they seem to be better suited to short legged riders.

My bike came with them. I like them, my feet ride at the very outside.

Have the Linbar on my SG. Haven't had a chance to take any pics though. Have ridden with it a few times. It is good to lay your feet across the top of, but if I put my feet on the bar my heel hits the brake pedal unless i'm really paying attention to what i'm doing.

I like the looks of it much better than the stock bar and the HD Mustache bar. I mostly ride with my feet on the footboards, so not a big deal. It will give you a place to put your feet to change things up a bit.
