I just put a light grey tint 16'' euro ssc on my 2010 road glide. It works great but i don't need the height and not happy with the look. Road it about an hour think they have a return policy or should i sell it? I think most are happy with this model as it works great but not what i want. Just really don't need another windshield laying around that i spent 160 and 20 shipping on.
Why did you go with the 16 inch shield? Most people stay with the 14 or below due to the design unless your 6 1/2 foot tall no need for that size. Ride safe.
Not happy with the fit really either. The two holes on the ends on each side of the windshield seem to pull on the outer fairing enough to make it have a gap to the inner not far from the screws that hold the fairing together are. Kind of worried that it could snap the fairing screw inner plastic posts. The windshield is a rugged piece compared to the fairing plastic. Little pissed off for a 180.00 bucks that i had to argue for a few bucks off on the thing and if you look at where they painted the bottom backside black it looks like someome had a couple too many beers when they taped it off and sprayed it . Paint got under the tape in areas looks like sht

unfortunately, they dont usually take the tinted one's back.
If its got some manufacturing issues, you could raise that with them and they may swap it out for ya, but otherwise, i think you've got yourself a windshield.
I have one of their 12 inch curves on my SG. I really like it..... I think I gave a whopping 85.00 for it. It does what is advertised, and I get allot of compliments and questions on who makes it.
Call and ask for Joe Duval, calmly discuss your issues with him that you have with the shield, he is very reasonable. If I may suggest the SERG with the serg gasket it is a fabulous shield for the RG and yes it does mount to a stock glide with the gasket I am sure that Joe would be willing to work out a trade with you. Note I am 6'1" and use a 15" SERG shield best I have every used started with a 15" euro had some quality issues with it also and switched on Joes recommendation and could not be happier.
I am 5'10" 32" inseam and have the CB SERG 14" light gray on my 2010 RGC. Couldnt be happier with the function and fit. Do yourself a favor and call to go over the instructions with their customer service guy. He gave me a few tips (which escapes me now) that really helped install. Very helpful and really professional group.

I've got 180 tied up in this windshield now 20 of it shipping. I called and spoke to someone there and they said send it back and they will refund everything except the 20 plus i have to pay to ship it back.I see on their site that theres a 15 % restock fee that wasn't mentioned. Now i was going to call and speak to them about the serg which is 275 plus shipping for the 14''. I have to think about this for a bit. I have a new 12'' windsplitter laying on the floor next to the stock 2010 RGC one and a 12'' windvest coming in the mail. I have to make sure that this serg is worth the money to tie just short of 300 dollars up on. Thats not even including the shipping back and forth on my first Cee Baileys mistake.
