Not sure if anyone has tried this yet But working on recurving a memphis ghost spoiler 9" windshield to fit my vector fairing. Could not seem to find one that was made for a vector fairing so made a jig and now have it it the oven with a little preasure on it ro see if i can get it to recurve to fit right. starting at 150 for a half our and going to slowing in cress temp as needed until it lays in jig with out tension on the clamps ... fingers crossed and hope it all works.. will keep you all posted it it does incase anyone else would like to do the same.
Sounds to me your on the right track to bend or recurve your shield thats how they do it from the manufactures with big ovens good luck let us know how it come out. Ive used Long Ride Shields in the past get a hold of them perhaps they will shield that will fit your bike good luck
UPDATE: Memphis windshield for my vector fairing but the curvature was different. Built a jig with the same curve and my fairing and put the windshield on it at 250 for 1/2 hour in the oven and presto fits like a glove. So much for asking pro's to get stuff done that is a little outside the box.. Hehe.
