Default Inner Fairing Question

I don't want to paint the inner fairing but mine is showing signs of being sun baked. What do you used to help prevent the sand blasted sun baked grey look?

Mothers Back to Black
Works great. I used it for the first time (based on a recommendation from this forum) a month back. My inner fairing (2001 EGC) was showing BIG patches of white on the tips and other spots. A few coats of Mothers has made that baby look almost new again!

I soak a rag in Armor-All and wipe it on. Mine looks great at two years old. in sunny Florida. Use it on my seat too.

I couldn't find it anywhere, so I ordered it from autobarn.com .

Armor-All worked well for me before I painted mine. Install it on thickly, rubbing it evenly with your clean hand, and let it sit for a while. The carriers (water mostly) will evaporate and leave a better concentration of silicone on the fairing. Then wipe it off with a towel.

Protect-All should work well for that too, if you can find it.

Ok then, Mothers Back To Black it is. It looks like Auto Zone is supposed to carry it and there's one just down the street so a trip to Auto Zone is at hand. Thanks for the input.
