Question Handlebar Question

What is the easiest way to rotate the bars back on a SG? I want to pull the bike apart as little as possible.

Take the outer fairing off. Take the radio out and from there, its a piece cake. Loosen the top caps or cap, if its one piece. Pretty lose, you don't want to strip the nurl that is set in the risers.
