Thanks for the pics Fister. As to JCleary, I wouldn't go so far as to say the 8.5" is ugly. Just not as good lookin' as the 6.5". Very effective though. I was kind of surprised at just how little buffeting, and absolutely NO BUGS occurred with it.

I've got a 10" Windvest which does an excellent job of keeping the wind off of me, but I'm curious to try the KW shield for the advertised benefits in stability. I'm 6'2", is the 8.5" KW going to be tall enough?

I'm 6'3" and I have the 8.5" KW on 2010 Ultra. Way too much wind, noise and dodging stuff for me. I would definetly put the stock windshield back on for anything over a 200 mile trip. Looks good but don't work for me at all.

Just got my 8.5 black Klock Werks on my '04 SE Electra and took it for about a half hour ride through the country. Still had wind but not in the face at all, and I'm 6'4"! Ran it up to 80mph and felt great! No buffeting, no shield bend, and very stable front end, plus the solid black looks awesome on the custom black and blue fairing of the'04 SE!!!!
