Moist but wipes like - Cottonelle Moist Wipe - you cna get the big box at CostCo and it comes with indavidual ones. Everyone I have ever sugested this to has later sworn by them.

Talk to the group about breaking up into 3 groups and make plans for your stops. There is no way 10 guys will ride the same, with stops for gas, bathroom and whatever. It will actually be safer traveling this way.

Excedrin Back and Neck, dental floss(can be used for thread and many other things as well) - If you have the luxury, bring a fullface helmet and bungee net a half helmet to your passenger seat for swap outs...
