Default Oil Vent tube
Anybody out there install a chrome oil vent line on their bike?

Did you have to drain the oil first? Thinking of doing it next oil change. Any specific torque on the threads?

Put it on the same way as the rubber hose, its should come with red loctiteon it already. [sm=bling.gif]

I had one on my last bike, got one ordered for this one. Read the instructions carefully. There is a VERY important step by step procedure for installing this tube. If you start on the wrong end, it will not work. No, you do not lose any oil during install.

motor end goes in first and slides way up in the case, tube slides on the ferrul...then hold your mouth right til you get the tranny end to start...all done
