I believe the first time mine acted up was due to a full bag as well (half helmet). Once it gets hung once, it is just a problem from then on. I may try swapping the flap from side to side as well.

Don't worry about the crap comments, the majority of people on here are very helpful. Sometimes people just make smart *** comments on occasion, I have been guilty of it myself a time or two.

Yea,, I did that lock thing,, and made the crease worse. Maybe take it off and iron it? Or like one of the above posters said, turn it around, so the crease is down near the bag.
