I can't leave things alone so I changed the baffle from a concentric to the perforated wrapped. I took the bike back to The Dyno Difference for a re-tune and as it turned out I had a leak in my front exhaust header. Thanks to Ed from The Dyno Difference and Lloyd Stenerson from V Twin Solutions in Dallas the leak was fixed and I got the follwoing results. 88.5 HP and 98.9 TQ. Changing the baffle increased the TQ and fixing the exhaust leak eliminated the dips I originally had.
So maybe it wasn't the tune afterall. Perhaps the effects of the exhaust leak were just more pronounced with the PCV map.

BTW - how did they discover that you had a leak?
Somehow Ed determined I had a leak on the front cylinder while it was on the dyno. Ed tried to determine what was leaking by spraying the intake, exhaust, head and also using a smoke stick. All of those tests showed no leak but the dyno said there was one because the bike was stumbeling when a load was put on it between 40-80% throttle setting only on the front cylinder. I think the exhaust gaskets were changed 2 or 3 times using differen't widths. Finally Lloyd got it stopped by going back to the stock width gaskets. The wrench that installed the cam had removed the exhaust and re-installed using the thin SE gaskets.
I'm glad I changed the baffle otherwise I would be riding the bike right now fat & dumb not knowing I had an exhaust leak and not getting the full performance. That leak was very small but big enough to cause a problem on the dyno.
Ed sent me a word document with dyno sheets explaining the whole deal but I can't get the dyno sheets to appear when I tried posting it. Anyone that would like to see that let me know and I'll email it to you.

Feel free to email them to me at bamorris2 at gmail.com and I will convet and post them for you.
Ed is very thorough with his work and he takes pride in what he does. He won't send you on your way until you're happy. From the minute I pulled into his shop, he began to check everything to ensure that he'd get a good tune. Great guy!
